Tour of the Dreigang residential building in Golling

Take the opportunity to visit the recently completed ‘DreiGang’ residential construction project in Golling. On the site of a former retirement home, 36 residential units have been built, which are giving new impetus to the circular economy through the use of recycled materials and resource-saving building materials. Particularly noteworthy is the reuse of demolition materials from the old building, such as recycled concrete and cement-bonded cladding blocks with ecological insulation.

The site visit provides an exciting insight into the solutions that have been implemented and highlights the challenges of successfully implementing such projects in the face of high construction costs and strict standards and regulations.
