Between Heiligkreuzstrasse and Spinnereiweg, near the St. Finden train station, on the site of the former spinning mill, a new commercial building including a hotel has been built.
With a well thought-out infrastructure, the most diverse demands of the tenants are taken into account. Rental spaces with a room height of up to four meters, direct access roads for commercial use or noble spaces with an atrium for law firms, health practices or pool offices with their own internal infrastructure, such as reception, secretariat and meeting rooms.

In the VIER WINKEL office building, the concrete of the ceilings was used as a storage mass. The building component activation is used for both heating and cooling, enabling efficient energy management. The building component activation is fed by a powerful heat pump that works with geothermal probes. This ensures a sustainable and resource-saving energy supply.
The special feature lies in the flexibility of the building component activation, which proved to be extremely advantageous, as the exact use of the premises was not completely determined at the beginning. Thanks to this flexibility, it was possible, for example, to dispense with the use of conventional radiators. This not only enables energy-saving and future-oriented air conditioning, but also contributes to a modern and comfortable working environment in our office building.
