The show house of the company Bonum in Altdorf is a semi-detached house in typical Franconian architecture. The steep gable roof even allows the expansion and use of the attic.

This semi-detached house is a pilot project for the 1st version of the wall heating KS-QUADRO THERM (2007), which was developed in cooperation with the company Rehau AG. Here, a water-bearing pipe is integrated into every second perforated duct of the well-known KS-QUADRO E system in all exterior walls, which then heats the exterior walls to temperatures above the room air temperature. The heating system is combined with a heat pump and solar collectors.
