Deconstruction "Village im Dritten"
In Vienna's 3rd district, an inner urban expansion area is being developed on an area measuring over 11 hectares. The location of the site offers potential for the creation of a new, mixed-use neighborhood for around 4,000 people with around 1,900 apartments, commercial uses, local amenities, childcare and educational facilities. Existing buildings were dismantled for this purpose.
