The house has a modern design, integrated into the Bavarian landscape and is equipped with advanced technology. From the outside, the forward-looking, energy-saving house concept is hardly noticeable. Special attention is paid to the core-tempered living areas, which were implemented in the living area with a polished concrete floor. The room height was set at 2.75 m in this spacious living, kitchen and dining area. Exposed concrete walls give the interior of the house its modern appearance. The central focal point of the house technology is the lumpwood heating in the form of a tiled stove with 2 viewing panes, which can be seen from the living room as from the dining area . The tiled stove is supported by a solar thermal system on the south side of the roof. The central ventilation system with heat recovery provides fresh air with reduced heat loss.
