Concrete-free foundation technology: The foundation and anchoring technology is carried out with the help of so-called spider anchors. Comparable to the root system of a tree, threaded rods driven into the ground by an anchor plate do the holding work for the spider anchor.

Fast erection time: From the start of assembly of the first spider anchor points to moving into the completed house took just under five months. Due to the high degree of prefabrication, the house can also be disassembled again and reassembled at another location if required.

Heating: wood-burning stove in combination with infrared heat radiation
