The facade is made of sawed larch, which has been treated with a special glaze to anticipate the natural gray coloration. For design reasons, no roof projections were used, but the construction emphasizes structural wood protection. Insulation was mainly made from renewable raw materials. PVC was avoided for all windows, doors and interior fittings. Energy systems: District heating, ventilation system with heat recovery, photovoltaics.
